Anna Glistvain, Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Anna is passionate about educating her patients and helping them achieve better health care outcomes. It all started at York University where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. She then went on to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2012. Her treatment philosophy involves using a holistic approach and working with clients to achieve their individual goals.

Always looking to further her skills, Anna has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program through McMaster University as well as other courses including the McKenzie Method, Soft Tissue, Taping and Manual Therapy. She has a special interest in women’s health and helping women of all ages achieve their best outcomes pre and post natally. She has taken additional courses in pelvic floor rehabilitation and treats a variety of conditions including pregnancy and birth related discomfort and pain, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, and prolapse.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys being active and participating in a variety of activities including sailing, tennis, skiing, biking and Pilates. She is also very active in the community and enjoys volunteering at different events such as the Ontario Summer Games and Pan Am Games.
