Walk-in clinic for sports injuries:
Synergy offers walk-in hours staffed by family physicians for patients with musculoskeletal or joint related concerns. We can provide an assessment of your condition and advise you on further treatment, if necessary. Your visit is fully covered by OHIP. Please call our receptionist at 416-703-3525 for our current walk-in hours. Phones are answered during regular business hours Monday to Friday.

Directions and location
Our centre is located at 235 Wallace Avenue, just west of Lansdowne Ave, between Bloor St West and Dupont St. If you are taking the subway, get off at Lansdowne subway station and the clinic is a short walk north of the station. Street parking is available on adjacent side streets, and the nearest Green P lot is located on Lansdowne Ave just north of Bloor St on the east side.
