Pilates and Yoga

We welcome all levels of fitness and are well versed in dealing with injuries. Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise.Running shoes are not necessary as the class is done in bare feet or socks. All props, mats, pillows, etc. are provided but should you wish to bring your own mat, you may.

If you are booked into a rehabilitative pilates private, please bring a copy of the results of any recent medical investigation (e.g.x-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound).

We require you to fill out an Assessment Form and a Liability Form. They are available below for you to download, print, and fill out at your leisure. You are also more than welcome to show up for your appointment 10 minutes early to fill them out on site at the clinic.
