Anna’s focus is on women’s health and helping women of all ages achieve their best outcomes pre and postnatally. This includes treating a variety of conditions including pregnancy and birth related discomfort and pain, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence and prolapse. Anna practices within a holistic framework, working with client to achieve their individual goals. Her focus is to find the underlying cause or root of the problem and then looking at the faulty movement patterns and correcting those patterns to prevent future re-injury. She believes in combining different approaches to build the best treatment program for the individual, drawing her experience from McKenzie, Pilates, Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and a variety of exercise-based treatments.
Anna enjoys being active and participates in a variety of activities including sailing, tennis, skiing, biking and pilates. She also enjoys volunteering at events such as the Ontario Summer Games and Pan Am Games.
