Practice style (Philosophy)

Dr. Rendely helps improve patients’ function and quality of life by looking at the whole person to create an individualized treatment plan. She believes in exercise as medicine and encourages all of her patients to incorporate movement into their daily lives. She collaborates with other rehabilitation providers to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Dr. Rendely graduated from McMaster Medical School in 2015. She then completed a five year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto. Dr. Rendely’s practice at Synergy focuses on sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Unique Facts

Dr. Rendely previously worked for CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada in Toronto and Montreal, TSN’s SportsCenter and Off the Record in Toronto, and at NBC Sports in New York City. She has interviewed countless NHL players, CFL players and professional tennis players. She was once in a commercial with Peyton and Eli Manning!
