Frances enjoys working on a variety of different musculoskeletal issues. She has experience treating chronic and acute injuries including athletic and overuse injuries in most joints of the body but is especially passionate about the upper body. Frances strongly believes in identifying the root issues with an in-depth assessment and not just addressing symptoms. Frances uses an integrated approach to therapy combining education, manual therapy and exercise to help her clients achieve their goals. Frances also incorporates Mulligan, McKenzie, soft tissue release and neurodynamics techniques into her treatment plans. Her interest in manual therapy led to a Masters Degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
