Merdy Jane Cabigas
Practice style (Philosophy)
Merdy believes that our body has a natural way of healing. With the help of a non-invasive treatment like Massage Therapy and Reflexology, our body can heal and restore itself. As a result, Massage Therapy and Reflexology became Merdy’s passion to help her clients improve their overall wellness. She works hard to find scientific research that helps her create a safe and effective treatment plan best suited to all her clients.
Merdy specialized in helping clients decrease their muscle tightness, and decrease the symptoms of muscle strain and muscle spasms. In addition, she helps improve her client’s blood circulation, sleep, and range of motion.
Merdy enjoys treating all types of muscular injury and mobility issues. Generally, she enjoys providing treatment for Repetitive Strain Injuries known as occupational overuse syndrome, pregnancy, or just allowing her clients to enjoy a relaxation treatment.
