Oriana is passionate about living and promoting an active lifestyle. As a physiotherapist, Oriana is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients to reach their wellness goals with personalized approaches to rehabilitation, injury prevention and athletic conditioning. Oriana has a special interest in sport-related injuries, having worked with a variety of varsity athletes at McMaster University and elite track and field athletes from Team Jamaica Bickle at the Penn State Relays in the United States. A functional movement enthusiast, Oriana focuses on optimizing movement and uses her experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and certified yoga teacher to compliment her physiotherapy approach. Oriana uses an individualized combination of soft tissue release, manual therapy, mulligan concepts and exercise to best meet each client’s needs.
Oriana is a Toronto native but she is an avid traveler. Some of her most recent trips include hiking through the Scottish Highlands and backpacking across SouthEast Asia. She and her husband are on a mission to live as low-waste as possible.
