Rebecca graduated from the Master of Science in Physiotherapy program at McMaster University following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science degree at York University. Rebecca has a passion for finding unique ways to motivate others and collaborating with clients and team members to create an optimal plan for recovery. She believes that her role as a physiotherapist is not just about helping people get rid of their pain, but rather ensuring that each individual has a plan tailored to getting them back into doing the activities that they love. Rebecca uses a combination of education, targeted functional exercises, and manual therapy to help her clients achieve their goals. Rebecca is eager to continue her personal learning and growth as a clinician through hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship, and professional development courses.
Rebecca has always enjoyed being outdoors as much as possible and trying out new ways to stay active – she has recently taken up running as her latest challenge. Rebecca has recently moved back to Toronto and is excited to explore. She is always open to recommendations for new music, scenic hiking trails, and local favourite food spots.
