Rebecca graduated from the Master of Science in Physiotherapy program at McMaster University following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science degree at York University. Rebecca has a passion for finding unique ways to motivate others and collaborating with clients and team members to create an optimal plan for recovery. She believes that her role as a physiotherapist is not just about helping people get rid of their pain, but rather ensuring that each individual has a plan tailored to getting them back into doing the activities that they love. Rebecca uses a combination of education, targeted functional exercises, and manual therapy to help her clients achieve their goals. Rebecca is eager to continue her personal learning and growth as a clinician through hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship, and professional development courses.

Rebecca enjoys staying active through strength training, running, and playing recreational sports with her friends. She loves to travel and enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. Rebecca is always open to recommendations for new music, scenic hiking trails, and local favourite food spots.
