Trang’s personal experience with pelvic rehabilitation inspired her to pursue further training in this field in both Canada and the United States. She believes in a holistic treatment approach that takes into consideration the close connection between physical and mental health and is dedicated to working closely with her patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Trang believes in creating unique treatment plans for each patient, even those with the same condition, as everyone can have different underlying dysfunctions. She has a diverse skillset including manual therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization – giving her the versatility to tailor her treatment to specific needs. A strong believer of movement as therapy, Trang also incorporates Pilates into her treatment to help clients return to their favourite activities.
When not providing physiotherapy care, Trang loves exploring different cuisines and taking a stroll in one of Toronto’s gorgeous parks.
