Practice style (Philosophy)
Rivanna’s approach to nutrition is practical, realistic, and holistic. She believes in setting reasonable and achievable goals using real food, with a focus on enhancing flavour and enjoyment around food and eating. Rivanna believes that food should taste good and be good for you, and that the less stressful eating and nutrition is, the better. Rivanna is a flexible, creative and dynamic dietitian with lots of success working with children and adults of all ages. She believes that nutrition is an important part of overall health, and will work with you to create individualized plans that meet your needs
Unique Facts
Rivanna played field hockey in high school and scored the first goal in four years for the team! She is also obsessed with Yotam Ottolenghi and on a trip to London went to three of his restaurants in one day.
