Prachi Tailor

Practice style (Philosophy)

Prachi is a Resident Physiotherapist with a clinical focus in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She holds certifications in shoulder and neck syndromes, and her treatment approach blends movement science, functional exercise, and manual therapy to address pain, restore mobility, and enhance performance in daily life. Prachi is particularly skilled in assessing joint and soft tissue dysfunction, using targeted interventions to help clients return to the activities that matter most to them. Her training also includes working with individuals with cerebral palsy, giving her a deeper understanding of movement patterns, motor control, and long-term care planning—insights that further enrich her orthopedic practice. She is also certified in Yoga. She combines therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional strategies to optimize outcomes—whether in orthopedic or neurodevelopmental populations.
Grounded in evidence, driven by empathy, and aligned with the standards of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Prachi is dedicated to delivering safe, individualized, and ethical care.
