Very professional and helpful

I went to Synergy after sustaining a meniscus injury in my right knee. Jarod was fantastic in getting me to the finish line. I'm now fully recovered from this nagging injury and back to playing sports and lifting in the gym. Every week Jarod would develop a customized plan that would target the right areas. My safety and comfort was a consideration at all times. I would also like to mention that the reception staff is fantastic. Thank you Synergy!

Two months ago, while playing golf I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my right upper hip, and it was so bad that I could not bend to pick up the ball from the fairway. For a few days I tried to manage the situation on my own but as there was no relief I contacted Synergy Sports Medicine and was given an appointment with Jarod for an initial assessment. At the first meeting Jarod listened very patiently and asked questions to identify and pinpoint the issue. He also carried out some stretching exercises and by the end of the first session he located the issue. Then he gave me a list of exercises, which I did and started feeling better. In all I had four sessions with Jarod and in each session he would evaluate my progress, add more exercises and change some of them. I have been doing these exercises regularly and have played golf twice in the past two weeks and have had no pain at all and will keep exercising regularly to stay fit. As a person I found Jarod to be a very good listener, he always said that I could contact him if I needed any clarification or if something was not working well. I highly recommend Jarod to anyone seeking advice and treatment from a physiotherapist and all the other staff at the center is also very polite and cooperative.

It is a pleasure going to Synergy. All the staff, including front desk and the physiotherapists are lovely. The front desk staff greet people with a smile and welcome you by name. They are very accommodating and helpful. The 2 physiotherapists that I have seen over the years are both understanding, empathetic and clearly explain exercises and body movements. They are gentle and respectful.
