As a first time visitor to Sports Physio I was unsure what to expect, but my experience was a positive one from the beginning. From the time you come in the door you are greeted by Linda and now Clair as well, making you feel comfortable and welcome. Both super friendly with infectious smiles and good humor. Due to a hockey injury that had been lingering for weeks it was difficult walking into the clinic. My physio with Samuel was fantastic, it was both comforting with immediate and positive results. Highly recommend the SSMR for sports therapy and rehabilitation.

I recently completed a six week PT program for my knee at Synergy with stellar results! Staff was kind and attentive - and my Physical Therapist Jarod was amazing - very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a pleasure to work with. The space is super clean, well laid out with great calm vibe! I recommended Synergy/Jarod to my wife for her wrist and she is similarly pleased with her experience!

Jamison Buck, my physiotherapist, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my treatment. First time going to synergy. Rebecca was thorough with her assessment, I felt comfortable. She was very open and honest and made great recommendations.

OMMMG where to start!!! I ended up breaking my ankle at the end of Nov 2024 and needed ORIF surgery. I knew I would need physio and decided I wanted someone who specialized in ortho and who also had amazing reviews. This was my first ever experience with physiotherapy so wanted to find someone I liked and would feel comfortable with. After searching and searching through Google reviews, synergy really stuck out. There are a lot if amazing reviews about all the staff, however Rachels profile matched exactly what i was looking for. There are tons of physio clinics between my house and Synergy, but I was determined to find the perfect spot for me. The first interaction with the clinic was with Linda the receptionist. As I had just started weight bearing just the day before my first appointment, she was very understanding and booked all my Appointments on the main floor so I wouldn't have to struggle up the stairs. Meeting Rachel, we clicked instantly and honestly felt like I was going to catch up with a friend instead of going for physio. She taught me sooooo much and really helped my anxiety by explaining things. Most people I'm sure don't keep up with their homework of exercises, but I was determined to heal properly and felt I should put as much effort in as rachel since I can't expect her to just magically heal me. Once she started joint mobilization I was able to walk somewhat normally and recovered very quickly I had some bumps in the road and rachel has been patient and understanding throughout it all! I plan to get my hardware removed next year and without a doubt I will be going to her for treatment. Honestly, I'll be going to her for all my physio needs in the future and I cannot recommend her enough! The clinic is very very clean and surprisingly big inside! They always communicate with me when there are openings earlier/when we need to reschedule any appointments. Special shout out to DJ whose nice to chat and joke around with as well!

I have been going to Synergy for physiotherapy for several months to help with arthritis. It is a great facility, clean and well equipped and all of the staff are professional and friendly. Rebecca in particular is an empathetic and solutions-oriented therapist who has helped me tremendously.

I was referred to Synergy for treatment of a concussion. My therapist, Jamison Buck, put me through an assessment, determined my requirements and set up a routine of exercises for me to follow daily. He also worked on relieving the pain in my neck that was also injured in the fall. The combined therapy was very effective!! Jamison is very knowledgeable and explained what I was going to need to do to recover. He reassessed me with each visit and modified my routine as I improved. Jamison was totally supportive and kept me optimistic. He was with me every step of the way to help get me back to health. I whole heartedly recommend Jamison and Synergy!!

Jarod, the physiotherapist, is very professional, on time for the scheduled appointment, listening very carefully to my concerns, not rushing through the session, answering to all my questions. Very friendly personnel at a reception desk. I am recommending this office.
