Dr. Jansen believes in a multi-disciplinary, patient-guided treatment approach to musculoskeletal issues. Activity modification, healthy joint mobility and optimal loading of joint structures are the mainstay of Dr. Jansen’s management approach. In addition, Dr. Jansen utilizes the following ultrasound-guided interventional techniques to relieve pain and encourage optimal tissue healing. Cortisone (Steroid) injections, Hyaluronic Acid Injections, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, Needle Fenestration of tendons and fascia, Prolotherapy of joints, tendons and ligaments. Unique Facts

Dr. Jansen enjoys staying active with kiteboarding, mountain biking, training crossfit and playing basketball. As an athlete, he has rehabilitated from various sports injuries of his neck, shoulders, back, hips, knee, ankle and feet.
