Kiley Praught

Practice style (Philosophy)

Kiley’s physiotherapy practice is driven by a genuine passion for helping people achieve their individual movement goals—whether that means returning to competitive sport, staying active with family, or simply moving with more ease and confidence. By lifelong participation in competitive sports, she understands the importance of movement in everyday life and the frustration that can come with injury. Kiley brings an evidence-based approach to care, combining education, exercise therapy, dry needling + acupuncture and manual therapy to not only treat symptoms but address the root cause of movement limitations. Her goal is to empower her patients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to recover fully and prevent future injuries, so they can get back to doing what they love.
