Stella is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals through movement and education. With a strong interest in sports and active living, she enjoys working with clients to recover from injuries, improve performance, and return to the activities they love most. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, combining clear communication, evidence-based exercise therapy, and manual techniques to create individualized treatment plans. Stella values building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and confident throughout their rehab journey. Stella is committed to helping people not only recover from injury, but also develop the knowledge and tools they need to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Unique Facts

Stella grew up playing several sports, including soccer and hockey. Her passion for sport continues through running, joining rec leagues across the city, and playing various sports with her friends and family. Outside of sport, Stella enjoys spending time outside, trying different restaurants, or finding a new coffee spot!
