Audrika Chowdhury

Practice style (Philosophy)

Audrika completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. Growing up in Saskatchewan—where the open landscape stretches for kilometres—naturally fostered her appreciation for running and physical activity. This early interest evolved into a passion for exercise science and ultimately led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Throughout her clinical training, Audrika developed a treatment philosophy grounded in individualized, client-centred care. She prioritizes understanding each person’s unique goals and tailors rehabilitation plans to restore function and improve quality of life as defined by the client. Her approach combines thorough assessment, progressive exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education in order to create independence and self-sufficiency. Audrika has a special interest in running-related and overuse injuries and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and clinical skills.

She is also a devoted movie enthusiast, she enjoys watching and reviewing films across all genres—and is always happy to exchange recommendations.
