Jaspal Chouhan completed a Masters of Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland and his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University. Before pursuing his Masters, Jaspal practiced as a kinesiologist in multi-disciplinary environments for 5 years. Jaspal’s professional experience has provided him with the opportunity to work in different areas, ranging from acute injuries to neurological and chronic conditions.
Jaspal is motivated by supporting clients in achieving their individual goals and feeling empowered in their own treatment. Jaspal strives to get clients back to being able to do what they love through a combination of manual therapy, education and exercise. He uses an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation that focuses on finding underlying causes of dysfunction, improving movement and building strength. Alongside his treatment, Jaspal aims to build a strong rapport with every client which he feels is the foundation for effective rehabilitative treatment. Jaspal continues to grow in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, learning from a variety of movement practices and health disciplines.
