Jarod is dedicated to using education and communication to empower his clients throughout their recovery journey. He strives to provide individualized, actionable goals that encourage clients to actively participate in their healing process. With extensive experience and a strong interest in strength and athletic training, Jarod develops personalized treatment plans for both acute and chronic injuries. Through a functional examination, he identifies the source of the injury and any underlying causes, addressing them with a combination of exercise, education, and manual techniques.

Unique Facts

Outside of work Jarod enjoys living an active lifestyle including weight lifting, running, golfing, and playing basketball. Growing up in a rural setting, he developed a passion for the outdoors, often camping, hiking and fishing. Jarod is a foodie and loves restaurant recommendations and cooking or baking when he has the chance.
