Daniela Neuman

Practice style (Philosophy)

Daniela takes an active and individualized approach to physiotherapy, combining exercise, hands-on treatment, and education based on each person’s goals and needs. With six years of experience as a personal trainer, she has seen how movement can help people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies, and she brings this perspective into her physiotherapy practice. Daniela believes patients should understand why they are doing something, not just be told what to do. She prioritizes listening to each person’s concerns, building trust, and helping them feel involved and confident throughout their rehabilitation. Her goal is to help patients feel more comfortable in their bodies and develop the knowledge and confidence to keep moving long after their time in physiotherapy.
