Practice style (Philosophy)

I believe that having clear goals when seeking treatment is the most productive way to achieve desired results.
Taking care of yourself is of course the first and most important step to facilitate significant long term benefits or a cure. However, I will always offer my expertise and guide you through the best methods to your rehabilitation and recovery. My approach begins with diagnosing the root cause of the problem and identifying barriers to recovery. I involve patients and their families in decisions about the recommended steps and their potential consequences, and I always welcome secondary opinions from reputable sources. I utilize procedural methods to alleviate pain and, when possible, promote the regeneration of injured or fatigued tissues. I like to emphasize that any procedure is the first step toward recovery, pain reduction and symptom alleviation will be best supported by a team-based rehabilitation process and diligent self-management.

Unique Facts

My favourite book is The House of God. I like to sing but never took any formal lessons. I practice Ashtanga yoga on a daily basis. I’m a sailor and diver, and immensely enjoy sailing catamaran trips to warm destinations
