A Certified Mulligan Practitioner and among the few in Canada trained in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy, she delivers faster recovery, restored function, and reduced downtime.
She treats the full spectrum of upper and lower limb conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain and complex post-operative cases. Her patients range from those recovering after surgery to individuals managing long-standing pain or simply wanting to move without discomfort. Evidence-based and goal-focused, Gulista tailors every treatment to her patients’ unique needs and aspirations.
With over 12 years of global experience, she has practiced in some of the most respected hospitals and clinics across India and the UAE before bringing her expertise to Canada.
